Description
Narrative
Single cell analysis techniques have transformed both basic research into disease physiology and the
direction of therapy development. The proposed study will develop a platform that allows association of a cell’s
transcriptome profile to complex cell functions observed in vitro. Successful completion of this project could
provide new insight into cellular diversity and how to control adaptive immunity.
