THIS PROPOSAL WILL ADDRESS THE NRA A.30 CLOUDSAT AND CALIPSO SCIENCE TEAM RECOMPETE REQUIREMENT THAT THE WORK GREATLY ENHANCES THE STATE OF ATMOSPHERIC AND CLIMATE SCIENCE THROUGH THE SUBSTANTIVE UTILIZATION OF CLOUDSAT AND CALIPSO.
