EXOMOONS. SINCE THE DAWN OF THE EXOPLANET ERA IT HAS LONG BEEN RECOGNIZED HOW SCIENTIFICALLY EXCITING THEIR DETECTION WOULD BE. MOONS ARE THOUGHT TO BE A NATURAL BY-PRODUCT OF GIANT PLANET FORMATION YET OUR THEORIES REGARDING THEIR BIRTH.
