THE PI PROPOSES TO WRITE HIS PH.D. THESIS BOTH ON UPGRADES MADE TO THE FIREBALL INSTRUMENT A PROTOTYPE OF THE HBN TECHNOLOGY AND ON ANALYSIS OF ASTRONOMICAL DATA TO BE TAKEN IN THE NEXT TWO FLIGHTS IN 2020 AND 2022.
