Description
Narrative
Asthma is a chronic airway disease characterized by reversible airway obstruction and inflammation. Despite
currently therapies, up to 50% of asthmatics have incomplete control of their symptoms. We have identified
potential novel therapeutics that simultaneously target two key pathological aspects of asthma: airway
constriction and lung inflammation.
