Ocean carbon sink variability: Internal vs. forced mechanisms

  • Mckinley, Galen (PI)

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

THE OCEAN HAS TAKEN UP 39% OF FOSSIL CO2 EMISSIONS. DESPITE THIS CRUCIAL ROLE IN CLIMATE THE DRIVERS OF THE RECENT OBSERVED VARIABILITY IN OCEAN CARBON UPTAKE ARE NOT FULLY UNDERSTOOD.
