Abstract
A discussion of the trends by the utility industry to install AEDs (Defibrillators) will be presented. Regulatory and OSHA considerations will be reviewed along with guidelines for developing AED implementation plans. A presentation of the paper on rope access for transmission line maintenance and construction will follow.
