Abstract

(Neuron 95, 1171–1180; August 30, 2017) We corrected two small changes in the final version of the paper that refer to cited papers in the reference list. The wording in the original version of the text unfortunately changed the attribution of the cited work and altered the context of their discussion. The revised text in reference to those citations is now corrected in the online version of the paper. The authors regret the error.
