Abstract

The authors report on a retrospective evaluation of the relationship between the development of anti-D-DR antibodies and renal allograft function in 19 recipients of one-haplotype mismatched transplants from living related donors. None of these recipients had detectable anti-T- or anti-B-cell antibodies prior to transplantation.
