Abstract

Tyice is a Black woman born and raised in the Bronx. She has five children, three of whom were born at CBC. She lived through the father of her two children being murdered, and her last child born prematurely with Down’s Syndrome (named Miracle). CBC became her base through her pregnancies and after for her reproductive healthcare.
