Lauren Block, Pradeep Chintagunta, Eileen Fischer, George John, Page Moreau, Harald van Heerde, and Amelia Whitelaw offered thoughtful comments on a previous version of this editorial. We also interviewed Eileen and Harald along with Mike Hanssens, Don Lehmann, Debbie MacInnis, Raj Srivastava, and Jerry Zaltman for their insights early in the process.
