Détails sur le projet

Description

Project Narrative This proposal seeks to test and extend theories of how human parietal cortex and its functional interactions support the ability to remember previously experienced events. The proposed research has the potential to significantly benefit public health through improved diagnosis and treatment of memory disorders, which occur with devastating frequency in aging and neurodegenerative disease. The proposal also focuses on integrating evidence from hemodynamic and electrophysiological forms of neural measurement, which will increase the transfer of information across model systems and hasten progress in identifying and treating cognitive disorders.
